🗝 Pre-Work

Preparatory work:

  1. Pre-programme questionnaire
  2. Before the workshop consider your top two personal values. We recommend Brené Brown’s list to support you in this process. https://brenebrown.com/resources/dare-to-lead-list-of-values/. The aim is to select 10 values which stand out to you as important. Then strike off the least important 5. Then stop and leave the exercise. Finally return to the 5 values and decide which 2 form your personal core. As Brown writes in Dare to Lead, [pp.189-90] ‘Your values fill you with a feeling of purpose. As you read them you should feel a deep resonance of self-identification. Ask yourself:
  3. Think about key moments/turning points in your life. What were the impact and what did you learn from them? Prepare to talk (5-10 minutes) to another participant about it.
