Over the course of the two days you will be encouraged to critically evaluate your own practice, identify improvements and changes that you want to make and ways that you might put those into action. Your leadership style, aspirations and choices will be central to our thinking.

Preparing for Module 4:

Before we come together for our live session, there are a number of activities for you to complete. You will find full details below the checklist.

The prework for the module will be used in the sessions during Module 4 and is explained below. As in previous modules we will assume that you have done the preparation and will be using the prework as part of various activities during the module. Please come prepared and ready to actively engage with the module content and your fellow participants.

Reflection on your development journey so far is an important aspect of what you will be doing during the module in preparation for your next steps. We will use this during the first session.
